The Embassy of Canada to China, along with the Ontario Trade and Investment Office and the Quebec Office in Beijing, collaborated with seven Canadian companies to participate in the 2023 China Care and Rehabilitation Expo to showcase Canadian excellence in assistive device with a Canadian Pavilion, located at 2F05. On May 08, 2023, Canada's commitment to assistive device innovation was further emphasized at the "The International Conference on Aging, Innovation and Rehabilitation – ICAIR" organized by the KITE Institute in Toronto. The conference gathered over 600 participants, including experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs from nine countries. It served as a platform to exchange knowledge on rehabilitation and showcase the latest concepts and technologies.
